One workday, different screens

From your pocket to your wrist.

Each screen has a purpose. Your phone brings the context together; widgets and watches keep brief updates close so you can get on with your work.

The context, on your phone

The initial concept brings together your schedule, patient summaries, tasks, and notes with photos that you can review before saving.

What’s next, at a glance

Two proposed widgets: next appointment and pending tasks. A shortcut to the details, with the last update time visible.

Schedule and tasks

A quick glance, then keep going

Your next appointment, pending tasks, and access to context. We’re designing brief views for your wrist, with more detail on your phone when you need it.

Design exploration

Three ways to view your workday.

Concepts for views and complications: small spaces for GVET information within compatible watch faces. Availability will be determined by platform.

Three GVET Pocket watch concepts: next appointment, tasks, and a discreet mode without patient names.
Concept design with fictional data. The interface and features may change during development.

Appointment

The time and your next appointment, with access to the patient. Names appear according to your privacy preferences.

Team

A count of your pending tasks, with access to the list to see what comes next.

Discreet

Time and counters, without patient names. A concept for screens that other people can see.

Designed for work in the clinic

Fewer steps between your schedule and your patient.

This is the workflow we’re aiming to validate with the prototype.

  1. Find your next appointment

Start with the day’s schedule and see which patient is next.

  2. Get the context

Check the patient summary and prepare a note or a photo on your phone.

  3. Review and save

A pending note remains a draft until the system confirms it has been saved.

In development

We’re building it, step by step.

The prototype is in development. We’re validating the phone workflows first; widgets and watch experiences will progress in stages.

There is no public download or confirmed launch date yet. These images show the product’s design direction.

Does the watch replace the phone?

The watch is designed for quick checks. Workflows that need more context, such as reviewing a clinical note, continue on the phone. Designs and compatible devices still need to be validated.
